Terms of Service

Welcome to NestWell. By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use NestWell.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions & payments
- NestWell Plus is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed monthly or annually through Apple's App Store.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
- Prices and offerings may change; we will notify you in advance of any change affecting your active subscription.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: reverse-engineering, scraping, attempting to bypass the paywall, uploading harmful content, or using the App to harass others.
4a. Community Guidelines & user-generated content
NestWell includes Community features where you can post, share, and interact with other parents. By using these features you agree to the following Community Guidelines, which are part of these Terms:
- There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. This includes but is not limited to: harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats of violence, sexually explicit content, content that exploits or endangers minors, doxxing, spam, scams, illegal content, and the promotion of self-harm.
- You are solely responsible for content you post. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
- NestWell reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Guidelines, at our sole discretion and without notice.
- You can report any post by tapping the "..." menu on the post and selecting Report Post. Reported posts are immediately hidden from your view.
- You can block any user by tapping the "..." menu on their post and selecting Block User. Blocking instantly removes all of their content from your feed.
- NestWell commits to reviewing reports of objectionable content and taking action — including removing the content and ejecting the offending user — within 24 hours.
- To report serious abuse outside the in-app reporting flow, email support@nestwell.app with the subject line "Community report".
5. Medical disclaimer
NestWell (including the Nuri AI chat) provides educational information only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any questions about pregnancy, your child's health, or medical conditions. Never disregard professional medical advice based on App content.
6. AI-generated content
Nuri responses are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate. Use your own judgment and verify important information.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of journal entries, photos, and any content you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content as needed to operate the App.
8. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, branding, and code, is owned by NestWell and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NestWell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NestWell is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
